Pole Dance

Strength, flow, expression, and confidence through movement.

My pole dance classes combine strength training, technique, and playful exploration in a supportive and grounded environment.

Pole is an incredible practice for building strength, mobility, coordination, body awareness, and confidence. In my classes, we work on conditioning and technique as an important foundation, while also creating space for flow, expression, and connecting more deeply with the body through movement.

My personal passion within pole lies in flow—finding softness, control, and presence within strength. Even in beginner classes, I encourage students to not only learn tricks and technique, but also to experience movement in a more playful and embodied way.

Classes can be challenging, empowering, artistic, sensual, confronting, freeing, and joyful—all at the same time.

What matters most to me is not perfection, but how you leave the class feeling.

Maybe you came in after a long day feeling disconnected, tired, or heavy—and leave feeling more grounded, uplifted, energized, and proud of yourself. Some days progress looks big, other days it is simply showing up and reconnecting with your body. Both are valuable.

Over time, students often notice not only physical strength growing, but also greater trust in themselves and their abilities.

Yoga

Breath-led movement to reconnect body, mind, and presence.

My yoga classes offer a grounded and supportive space to slow down, move with awareness, and reconnect with yourself through breath and movement.

I teach both Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa / Hatha–inspired classes, each offering a different experience while sharing the same foundation of presence, breath, and self-awareness.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional and physically challenging practice built around a fixed sequence of postures. Each pose is connected to the breath and held with focus and consistency, creating a deeply meditative and inward experience.

What I love about Ashtanga is that it asks you to truly meet yourself where you are. Every practice is different, even though the sequence stays the same. Some days feel strong and open, others feel heavy or resistant—and both are part of the practice.

For me, Ashtanga is not about perfection.
It is about showing up, staying present, breathing through discomfort, and learning to accept yourself exactly as you are that day. A practice of discipline, honesty, and self-love.

Vinyasa / Hatha Yoga

My Vinyasa and Hatha–inspired classes take a more intuitive and playful approach.

Flows often change from class to class and may be inspired by the seasons, a certain intention, or what feels present and needed in the moment. Some classes are softer and grounding, while others are more dynamic and energizing.

These classes offer space to move, explore, breathe, and reconnect in a way that feels supportive and accessible. I always aim to create balance within the practice, making classes approachable for beginners while still offering depth for more experienced students.

Sound Healing

A restorative journey through vibration, presence, and deep relaxation.

(please take note! At this time, sound healing sessions are offered in collaboration with spaces or hosts that already provide the necessary instruments).

Sound healing offers a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the body through the healing vibrations of sound.

Using instruments such as singing bowls, drums, chimes, and voice, I create meditative sessions that support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. The vibrations created during a session can help the body release tension, quiet the mind, and bring awareness to places within ourselves that may need more attention and care.

For me, sound healing is a beautiful addition to movement and energy work. Sometimes words, movement, or thinking alone cannot fully reach what we carry inside. Sound works in a more subtle and intuitive way—allowing the body and energetic system to respond naturally to vibration and frequency.

Each session is unique and guided intuitively by what feels present in the moment. Some experiences may feel deeply grounding and calming, while others may create a sense of openness, emotional release, or energetic movement.

The intention is never to force, but to create a safe space where the body can relax enough to restore itself.

What you can expect

  • Deep relaxation for body and mind
  • Singing bowls, drums, chimes & voice
  • A meditative and restorative atmosphere
  • Space for grounding, release & reflection
  • Intuitive guidance throughout the session

Reiki

A gentle and grounding practice to support balance, rest, and energetic healing.

Reiki is a subtle yet powerful form of energy work that supports the body and nervous system in returning to a more balanced and relaxed state.

To me, Reiki is not about force, performance, or chasing intense experiences. It is a practice rooted in presence, consistency, softness, and love. A quiet way of reconnecting with ourselves and the natural flow of energy that moves through life.

Much like my relationship with Ashtanga Yoga, Reiki has taught me the importance of simply showing up for myself and being present with whatever is there in that moment—without pressure or expectation.

My sessions are created as a safe and grounding space where the body can deeply relax and restore. The energy of my Reiki work is gentle, loving, calming, and supportive in helping stagnant energy begin to move again naturally. Reiki works intuitively through different areas of the body and energetic centers, also known as chakras, supporting both physical and emotional balance.

Sometimes experiences during a session can feel subtle and calming, while other times emotions, sensations, insights, or energetic shifts may arise naturally. There is no right or wrong experience.

A reflective conversation after the session is an important part of the way I work. Together, we create space to gently give words to the experience and explore what may have come up during the session.

If desired, we can look a little deeper into the body and energetic centers connected to certain sensations, emotions, or areas of tension. By bringing together intuitive experience with a more grounded and analytical perspective, the session can become easier to reflect on and integrate into daily life.

There is never pressure to “understand” everything immediately—sometimes simply allowing the experience to exist is enough. But for those who feel called to explore further, this space is offered with openness, care, and curiosity.

The intention is not to force healing, but to support the body and energy system in what it may already be asking for.

What you can expect
